Goottah is a dating app provided by Lzar Productions, LLC, strictly for users aged 18 and over. We are committed to user privacy, safety, and regulatory compliance, including Google Play’s CSAE and child safety policies.
1. Age Restriction
Goottah is only for users 18 years and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If such data is discovered, we will delete it promptly.
2. CSAE Compliance & Child Safety
Goottah has zero tolerance for any content or activity involving child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). Violations will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to law enforcement.
We actively moderate reports, user-generated content, profile images, and communications to help detect and prevent harmful or illegal activity, including CSAE-related behavior.
3. Data Collection
We collect the following information:
· Account data: name, email, and login credentials
· Profile data: photos, preferences, bio
· Device and usage data: IP address, interactions, messages, reports
· Payment data: processed via secure third-party (e.g., Stripe)
· Audio, video, and call-related data when users participate in video or audio communication features within the app

5. Reporting System
Users can report others through predefined categories. If a user is reported 3 times, their account is flagged for review. Repeated or severe violations may lead to suspension or permanent ban.
Reports, moderation actions, and safety investigations may be retained to comply with legal obligations and maintain platform security.
6. Account Suspension
Users banned for violating our policies (e.g., CSAE, repeated misconduct) will permanently lose access to their account and any remaining minutes, credits, or subscriptions.
7. Data Retention & Deletion
You may request data deletion at info@Goottah.com. We will delete your data within 30 days unless we are required to retain it for legal or security reasons.
Users may also request access to, correction of, or export of their personal information where applicable by law.
Deleted accounts may have limited information retained temporarily for fraud prevention, dispute resolution, legal compliance, and enforcement purposes.
8. Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect user information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure.
However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. International Users
If you access Goottah outside the United States, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate.
10. Changes to This Policy

By accessing or using Goottah, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
3. Scope of Service
We may change or discontinue services at any time. Users are responsible for internet access and service fees.
4. Registration & Subscription
To access Goottah, you must register and provide accurate information. You agree to receive promotional emails unless you opt out.
You represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use the services in your jurisdiction.
5. Billing & Payments
Subscriptions auto-renew. We process payments through Stripe or other secure third-party services. You authorize recurring billing unless cancelled.
6. Refund Policy
Refund requests must be made within 3 days of billing at info@Goottah.com. Refunds are at our sole discretion.
7. Account Suspension
We may suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations, including CSAE content, harassment, and fraud. Banned users lose all credits and access.
8. Content & Conduct
You are responsible for your content and conduct. Prohibited behavior includes harassment, exploitation, impersonation, and illegal activity.
Users may not upload unlawful, sexually exploitative, violent, hateful, misleading, or privacy-invasive content.
Users may not record, distribute, or share private communications or video interactions without consent where prohibited by law.
9. User Reports & Moderation
Users may report others. After 3 reports, an account is flagged. We reserve the right to suspend or ban users at our discretion.
Goottah reserves the right to investigate reports and cooperate with law enforcement where required.
10. Copyright & Ownership
You retain rights to your content but grant Goottah a license to use it for app services. All platform content is owned by Goottah unless otherwise stated.
11. Termination
We may terminate accounts at any time for violations. Banned users forfeit any unused minutes or subscriptions.
12. Disclaimer & Liability
Goottah is provided “as is.” We are not responsible for technical issues, user behavior, or compatibility outcomes. Our liability is limited to the prior month’s subscription fee.
We do not guarantee the identity, intentions, or conduct of any user and encourage users to exercise caution when interacting online or offline.
13. Arbitration & Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Florida law. Disputes are resolved through arbitration in Fort Lauderdale, FL. No class actions are permitted.
14. Severability
If any term is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
